Registration

After payment:

You will have the opportunity to enter Name Tag information and additional attendees after payment is completed.

Example:
If you needed to register two couples and one student (5 people total), you would enter 2 in the "Married Couples" field and 1 in the "Full Time Student" field.

Maximum Attendance: In order to allow for maximum interaction and dialogue during this year's conference, we are pleased to announce that 175 seats will be made available. Registration will be closed once we reach 175 and a waiting list will begin. In order to guarantee a spot, register today!

Cancellation and Transfer Policy: Registrations maybe transferred to another person for the same conference at any time. Hope Global Network will refund the registration amount minus a processing fee of $25 (per person). This $25 processing fee will be in effect up in till 1/20/2010. After this date, the fee increases to $100. If you cancel on or after 2/3/2010 or are a no-show, we will be unable to refund any portion of your registration fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to conference@hopeglobalnetwork.com. Your registration constitutes agreement to the cancellation policy.

Children: While families are important to us, unfortunately there are no accommodations for children or nursing infants and we will not be able to admit them into any of the sessions. If you're registering others who have small children, please relay this information to them.

Model Release: For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken at all conferences. Your registration constitutes permission for Hope Global Network to use your likeness in any promotional materials.
